Not exactly what I expected

Room service was perfect , staff always greeted me with smiles. The vibrant breakfast offered a delightful variety, exceeding my culinary expectations.

Although the central location is advantageous, the surrounding area lacks accessibility to some key attractions, making transport somewhat of a hassle.

I had a wonderful time with my family at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was a standout, especially the fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs. The lounge area was so relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, exactly like the photos shown online.

A breakfast spread to remember

Woke up to a lavish breakfast buffet that set the day right! The staff’s warm welcome made everything easier. Smooth check-in was a cherry on top.

However, the TV channels lacked English drama and the food menu was confusing at night. It would have been nice if room service was more accessible.

The parking system needs automation to avoid delays!!! The menu QR code on the TV cannot be scanned. a printed menu would be more convenient!!! Room service availability was inconsistent after midnight!!!

the staff was hard to reach when i needed some housekeeping. however, the breakfast was fresh with a fantastic variety! the location was perfect! and the gym had great equipment. 😊

I loved how centrally located this place was, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away. The King Room was incredibly spacious, and the breakfast buffet offered numerous delicious options to fuel my mornings. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, I wish the pool had better opening hours to make use of it.
